David Gardner

As the co-founder of ColorJar, David has led projects for a wide range of clients—from startups and charities to established businesses and celebrities. His passion for startups and innovation has resulted in speaking engagements across the country as well as a role as an Excelerate Labs mentor.

David co-founded his first startup—an organization that aggregated and spread positive community news—while still a student at Dartmouth College. After gaining traction, the Dartmouth College Office of Public Relations and Auburn University adopted the startup’s methods.

Prior to ColorJar, David received a partnership offer from AOL for an educational web startup he co-founded while living in India that helped people pursue their goals. Later in Chicago, he served as Director of Web Products & Marketing for uBid.com, where he helped create and launch sister website RedTag.com.

While at Dartmouth, he was an All-Ivy League basketball player and was twice named the team’s Most Valuable Player. He went on to play professionally in Germany. David also really likes Subway.
